My Approach




I practice a holistic and functional approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Through functional lab screenings we can uncover the cause of your symptoms and come up with a customized approach to healing. You are unique and so is your plan. After we complete your assessment and testing we will develop a custom protocol that considers diet, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations so you can feel your best and achieve optimized wellness.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert.


The typical client healing journey can take anywhere from 3 to 12+ months and is supported through personal protocols.  Here is a breakdown of each step of the process:
  

Initial Consult

For our first initial consultation, we will discuss the nature of the coaching relationship, health history and goals. We will identify any lab screening recommendations and make initial diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. 

Results and Recommendations

Test kits will be sent directly to your home to be completed and then returned directly to the lab. We can assess Gut Function, Hormones, Food Sensitivity, Liver Function, Mineral Levels, and more depending on client needs. Upon analyzing the results, we will work together to create a personalized healing protocol detailing diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. 


Each Person is Unique

The concept of Bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Monthly Support 

Bi-weekly sessions are intended to help track progress, troubleshoot, and provide you with any guidance that might be needed to help you through your journey.  Throughout our time together I will be providing the individual support you need through tools like meal planning, pdfs, and supplement support. 

 

Customizable Support

Recognizing that each person has unique needs, I will meet clients where they are at. We can put together a plan that works for you with the lab screenings and number of coaching sessions you need.
